Sad to say, the wrong facility was chosen for the services. the details were not "taken care of". they acted like we all knew what we were doing, where we should be at what time, who should sit where... it was awful. Then we realized that the memorial cards hadn't been put out for the wake. next morning they still weren't out, when I asked about them I was told "not sure where he put them" !! the cards didn't get put out until people were leaving the funeral home to go to the cemetary. No limo for the family. One of the staff (one of the owners maybe) acted like she had better things to be doing. She should have been doing them instead because she certainly did nothing to help ease this painful time. there were counter tops that hadn't been cleaned. I could go on but I've said my peace.
