He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He taught me about our line system and how to maintain it. He showed us where the access point were and where the vents were around the house. He rolled out a mat to avoid tracking anything through the house and was friendly to our dogs who we were keeping in the other room. He worked very hard to get as much of the roots out as possible! He told me the most effective way to clean up the mess, which was so helpful! When it came time to pay, i was expecting a far larger bill based on my experience with other houses we've had to do this to. But the price could definitely not be beat.
