I cannot recommend Mori Tree Service based on my experience…read more The job started out well, but things quickly went downhill. I hired them to remove four large trees and one small pine tree. Instead of carefully lowering the trees, they were simply dropped onto my yard, causing significant damage and leaving large holes throughout my lawn. The cleanup was also disappointing. Debris was left behind, and another company had to come remove the wood. The stump grinding has been especially frustrating. The crew has returned three separate times, yet several stumps are still sticking above ground, and the work remains unfinished. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication. After multiple attempts to have the remaining issues addressed, I no longer receive any response. I understand that problems can happen on any job, but standing behind your work and communicating with your customers is what matters most. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Because of the poor workmanship, property damage, incomplete cleanup, and lack of follow-up, I would not recommend Mori Tree Service.
