The job was left incomplete, with grading undone, a dirt pile left onsite, and some cosmetic damage to the downspouts. Initially, I was concerned about the system draining in surges rather than a steady flow. After consulting with another plumbing contractor, I was told the flow behavior, while not ideal, is not uncommon and may not indicate a serious defect. Even so, the lack of follow-through after full payment, along with poor communication and no return to finish the job, was disappointing. I won't be moving forward with this company for additional work.
