As he found problem(s), he showed and explained to me what the issues were and what I can expect in the future. Michael was able to provide me with hot water in a very short time. Their price was extremely reasonable with no gimmicks or up-charges. My water heater is nearly twenty years old and when it needs to be replaced, I won't shop around. I'll just call Aire Serv.

10/11/22 $6,500 was paid in advance for a completely new HVAC system…read more My personal opinion and observation is that this company does extremely poor work, and the owners will not correct their shoddy lack of craftsmanship. The new HVAC system heating panels are scratched. The condenser coils are damaged. A 21-year-old PVC drain line was not replaced. A 21-year-old outdoor electric panel box was not replaced (potential safety/fire hazard concern). The heater plenum was not properly sealed and leaks air when the fan is on. Tubing insulation was torn by hand, and not cut to fit the copper HVAC lines. Rubber grommets on the furnace were not secured. The technicians ran A/C lines from the condenser into the home and left an opening, a hole in the outside exterior wall. Seventeen photos were provided to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs.

Excellent service. We have two units a mini split and a standard heat pump. The mini split had an…read moreodor that you know is the need to have the unit cleaned. David took the unit apart, and in removing the drain pan he found a buildup the was keeping the pan from emptying totally. He proceeded to remove the blower which definitely needed service and clean and reassemble the unit. He the checked the split system, put anti sludge that I had in the drain pan, flushed the drain and then clean both the outside units. We scheduled service for next year.
