Right off the bat I loved that I could go online and see what appointment times were available at my convenience rather than waiting for them to open. Add to that, it was just as easy to move my appointment when I had a schedule change come up. My son and I arrived for our haircuts a few minutes early and were promptly greeted even though they were not quite ready. A short while later we both took our turns getting done what we needed. Our hair was cut just the way we wanted, shampooed and styled. She did an excellent job and we will most likely return again and again. My only criticism is very small...they went a little heavy on the product they put in my hair. Just not what I was used. Excellent Experience! Definitely Recommend.

No symmetry and my beard was lined up completely different on each side. I just came home and had to try and fix it myself. Ended up shaving my beard completely off... I've gone here 3 years ago and had a terrible experience. Should have known better but was in desperate need of a haircut and they were the only ones open. Never again.
