I don't normally post like this to review but I have to gush for a moment. We went with Doula Bula to have my placenta encapsulated in order to supplement for breastfeeding for optimum health. However, she went above and beyond what she was contracted for and checked on me multiple times during my recovery and offer to be there for any questions or concerns I had about my recovery. I have had my other children placenta's encapsulated but in Las Vegas. I found Doula Bula through Instagram and read her reviews. What made me go with her was that she posted a ton of videos of preparing the placenta. She was very open to sharing her process and posted a lot of pictures about it. The day we purchased her services, we got a text and email immediately. I'm assuming it was automated but within 24 hours she wrote and email. We did a deposit of a $50 and we could pay the rest after the baby was born. She emailed instructions on what to do to help her collect the placenta and what materials we needed. Every hospital is different on procedure so she made us aware of what she experienced with our hospital. She is very informative which I loved, loved, loved! The day I began labor we let her know right away just as she instructed in her emails. We told her when we got admitted and then right after we gave birth. She came only hours after we gave birth. Due to Covid restrictions my husband had to bring the placenta out to her, but in the cooler that she instructed. She kept us informed on how long she would be and where she was at with her process. The next day she dropped it off right after we got home from the hospital! Talk about good timing! Last September I started looking locally for a doula to encapsulate my placenta. I contacted Doula Bula and was immediately contacted by Christina.
