A young man who was knowledgeable about the problem and how to eradicate it. But in addition, he had excellent customer service skills: introduced himself by name and shook my hand upon arrival, respectful, well spoken, answered all of our questions, maintained eye contact when talking with us. Plus he said he loves his job. Our yellow jacket problem was eradicated that day and he even showed us a Queen yellow jacket. Very cool!
