She was thorough, kind, knowledgeable and above all she didn't try and sell me something I don't need. She told me stuff about my teeth that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. In fact, THAT doctor tried to sell me a night guard EVERY 6 months... super frustrating since I don't grind my teeth, have pain etc. But I digress, the office is nicely done and everything is high tech, her assistant and the front desk staff are all lovely. Alba Dental Centre has quickly become the dental office of my whole family. On a side note, my husband snored terribly. It kept me awake at night and eventually we couldn't sleep in the same room. He had gone through the sleep apnea test at the hospital which came back negative. Alba Dental did the testing again but he was able to do the testing at home where he was in familiar surroundings and slept better providing more accurate results. The test came back positive for sleep apnea - severe sleep apnea. He now has a CPAC machine and no longer snores. He feels rejuvenated in the morning, has more energy and less headaches. I highly recommend repeating this test to anyone. Snoring and perhaps sleep apnea is serious and something not to be taken lightly or ignored. It might have saved our marriage! My niece is having her wisdom teeth extracted in the near future and we have full confidence in Alba Dental. The staff offer high caliber customer service and go above and beyond to help - you don't feel like a number. Their service is personal and intimate, they know who you are and treat you like a returning friend. I love the atmosphere. I have to mention how beautiful their office is! I explained my trepidations about another procedure done an year earlier at another location. Dr. Alsabbagh promised to change my mind about dental extractions. I was conscious and lucid, and didn't even realize the offending molar was extracted, and the place was sutured. Pain killers and an oral rinse was prescribed. I was told during my call to their number that they are not accepting patients on ODSP because they reached their limit!! I was disappointed because they are our neighborhood dentist, only a six-minute walk from my home. I suffered it out for a week and then was able to make an appointment with my dentist from like three years back at the Ernest Dental Clinic. So after a few more days, off I went on the bus to my old neighbourhood in White Oaks to see Dr. Kaddory. I'm glad I got an appointment because it turned out I have an infected root canal. I forgot how nice the doctor and his staff are and now his son has joined him in the practice!! I highly recommend him.

I would rather go a longer distance from home and pay the extraction amount to a kind staff than be walking into an office with rude staff
