Just got a follow up violation letter for screens that were torn. Screens were fixed within 4 days of letter and email sent to PDS the day this was completed. With those brand new screens got a fine letter today for the same violation! This HOA (PDS) is a bottom feeder and Vern Carillo leads the way. A blind man can see the screens are new. They hassled a poor lady down the street fighting cancer so its clear anyone is fair game. read more

HORRIBLE! Mismanaged by Schwartz the president. He mismanaged the HOA and the rates have skyrocketed from $150 to $190 and increased 3 times. For the years prior to this "management" team, we got new gates, new mailboxes, pet waste stations, upgrades to landscape and we had a profit. When the last president left, everything went to Hell in a handbasket. The management needs to be flushed, bids have not been taken and the management company PDS needs to be put on notice and/or fired. read more
