Before speaking with us, she was already being short and dismissive with an older gentleman who was simply trying to adjust the time on a watch he had just purchased there. When it was our turn, she spoke to us in the same unhelpful and condescending manner. We left without buying anything. Customer service like that is unacceptable--especially in a jewelry store where professionalism should be the standard. Based on her demeanor, she might be better suited for a job that doesn't involve customer interaction.
