I'm on the first floor bc I have a dog, and I love the laminate flooring. Yes I do hear the tenant above me, but it's something you have to expect. I think the rent is reasonable, and I love having a washer & dryer in my unit! The management keep the hallways and foyers nice and clean, and the maintenance man here is great. Jackie in the office is very friendly and responsive also. They decorate for fall, Christmas and lots of flowers planted in the summer, which I love! The only complaint I have is a lot of the other tenants with dogs don't pick up their dogs mess. How lazy can you be? They even provide bags and special garbage cans for you! It just makes the area look gross, but management has tried to do what they can. I wish they had cameras so they could catch the culprits!

The people above you running water and it coming in to your apartment on numerous occasions , rude uncaring, dismissive , arrogant & dishonest corporate office, leasing office worker of course comes off as being nice & understanding but is Bullshitting you the entire time , being given wrong information about move out dates & fees and I guest that's to trick you into having to pay more money,then this is the place for you. Maintenance men are very nice. I work night shift and they make sure to not disturb me when coming in to fix a problem it's great! The apartments are always very clean. They also work with you on rent and are very hard working when it comes to their tenants. Day by day they have made many improvements to ensure safety of tenants and packages and vehicles! Love it here!!!!

Someone tried to steal my catalytic converter and made a police report. Reported it to the owner of the building who refused to put up cameras. Maintenance entered my apartment and started taking pictures and received documents from an attorney that due to a negative review and having a messy apartment that my lease was not going be renewed. I was threatened with legal action to respond by august 17th. The letter was written august 10th, and received the letter by management august 16th in the evening. The whole place is a complete joke.

It's called common Sense.....!!! as for staff Drew is a really cool guy & very helpful ...I have not met other staff members yet at office so I can not speak about them on how they are.. ..as far as cleaning in the building..cleaning ladies have been here keeping up with the place in lobby & laundry room/ halls . ..for residents in building I have not met many neighbors yet . . So I can't speak on that on how that is . HOWEVER. .. I have noticed that kids bang in lobby doors coming from other places if they come to visit.. kids ( guest or not ) run around & leave trash or bounce basket balls in lobby in halls. .. where are the parents?? It's not really a major issue but just saying this is why people may see some things & think it's the property not being maintained even though it is. Yes people have dogs n cats here. There were roaches and bugs, the whole building smelled like dog urine, and it was obvious that maintenance problems were being ignored. The place feels dirty, poorly managed, and completely neglected. If this is how they keep the property, I would never recommend living here. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

First the women that work at "corporate" i don't think have a clue on how to manage and keep track of rent payments or money in general, i was charged double rent payments for two months that they said i didn't pay but i had receipts for. They tried to evict me after sending my rent check back to me stating they are starting eviction processes because i didnt pay the month they sent back. They gave me an amount to pay in order to move in, which was paid in full and then 2 months later said because i didnt pay a pet fee (which was supposed to be in the amount that was paid in full) when i moved in they wanted to take me to court, which if they would of just told me it was there mistake and ask me for the money i would of paid it. While moving out someone broke into my apartment while I wasn't home and went through all of my things and stole some of my things, luckily nothing important. After moving out they tried taking me to court to pay the double rent, $.60 on an electric bill, and charged me for the upgrades they did to the apartment after i left, so they could charge the next person more monthly and they didn't need to pay a dime for the upgrades, when all i owed them in actuality is $250 for the pet fee, that i was unaware that i didn't pay. This place is a bunch of crooks. I know you have to make your own decision, but i just wish someone would of told me about this place prior to signing a contract with them, it would of really saved me a lot of time, stress and money.
