I have always had Great Service in this Dover store. Maddy is an amazing sales person and everyone is as awesome. To the person below who said she didn't like the service, it's ok to ask them. When I ask, and I have a ton of questions as a newbie, staff are always running over to help. I never had to look for someone to help. This is a beautiful store and they have pretty much anything an English rider could want. It's basically heaven for horse people. Unfortunately, I felt that the customer service was pretty terrible. I walked in and was looked at by the two women working there, but was not greeted by either. After walking around a bit, I hovered in the helmet section for a full 25 minutes and was never asked if I needed any help. There were only 2-3 other customers in the store at the time. Dover is pricey but has just about everything english you could want. Mackenzie was very helpful in locating a saddle i am interested in that wasn't at the store. Shes having it delivered to this store for specifically for me to try and i'm pretty excited about it. She did a great job and remained professional even when a Co-worker of hers was very rude, impatient, and practically forced her off the computer she was using at the time to help me. This was a great Dover stop - small but packed with stuff. Staff was very helpful with a special nod to Brittany!

This shop carries English tack and clothing and some supplies and supplements. It is small and feels a bit cramped. It is open on Sunday and you can return all your mail order items to the store, saving return shipping fees. That goes for Dover's western brand, Smith Brothers, as well. It does carry some pitchforks and supplies, but seems to be mostly expensive tack and clothing. Great if you are showing English, but I prefer less expensive, more practical stores.
