The shop is very clean and extremely organized. All of the items were in very good to new condition!

We didn't want to go public with the actual name we'd chosen for him before he was born, and for the purposes of this review, I'll refer to him as Ichabod. Hey, it's nostalgic. After "Ichabod" was born, one of the nicest baby gifts we received was from our cousins - a soft white towel with colorful trains on it, and his name on it. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/FVluLU0ipBv3FoeRsBmo1g?select=-bfU5BxCC7DGP8EsUxeJLA Ichabod is not a common name, so it's not like our cousins just picked it up at the store. Our son loves his train towel, and uses it after every bath. Our friends just had a baby and named her Paisley. We thought this would be a perfect present for her. We called my cousin so we could give this great gift to our friends. It comes in a variety of colors and designs (butterflies, fairies, ducks, fire trucks, dinosaurs, zoo animals, fish, sailboats, etc.), and you can have other things personalized, including: * Towels * Hooded towels * Bibs * Spa wrap * Holiday stocking * Pail and shovel This makes a thoughtful gift for any kid and is very high quality. You can order online or over the phone. Ichabod loves his unique towel, and I think we'll buy others - especially for other kids with unusual names.

After he was born I ordered a towel w/ sailboats and his name on it. I ended up calling to order it rather than going through the site because I don't like PayPal, which they use. It's a long story. Don't ask. The woman I spoke to was friendly and warm. She was a little apologetic that it would take maybe three weeks, I told her not to worry about it, that I'd waited this long to contact her and could wait a little longer. We agreed the baby wouldn't know the difference. The towel arrived while we were in KC and I opened it last night when we got home. It is a gorgeous blue, soft and beautifully crafted. I just love it and so will Mommy and Baby, I think. Enclosed was a sweet note w/ another apology for the wait and a coupon for a discount on my next order. Well, I have a little great niece who will be turning 2 this summer and could use a towel w/ her name on it. I look forward to choosing the color and design. This will not be my last purchase here. I think the prices are extremely reasonable and the website gives you a good sense of her products, which Jennifer lists in more detail in her review.

Been shopping at both locations for years. I hope the owner will take this review as the…read moreconstructive criticism I intend. I WANT to support local, in these days of everyone buying toys from Target and Amazon. I want to support small businesses in my community so they are there for years to come. Biggest issue in both locations is customer service. I have mostly had interactions with a blonde woman. I say this again to be constructive, this person does not smile, is not great at interacting with kids. I have had experiences where my kids knock something over because yah know...they are kids and this person seems so stiff and uncomfortable with kids. Generally the vibe isn't friendly. This is a children's store. No getting to know the customer, smiling, thanking them, or a "have a nice day". Selection of clothing has little price variety. It's all super high end. I understand margins for selling kids clothing must be tough but items are averaging $30-$40 I guess if you are buying a gift ... but as a parent it would be nice if they had some variety. Toy selection at both locations is great! They have variety and some really cool stuff. If I have a birthday party I like to take my kids to get something there. Except...every time I go, I leave feeling my feathers have been ruffled. Maybe I'm just triggered now TLDR: Unfriendly vibe, high end clothes, great toy selection.
