If there is ANY type of business or rush then it's the worst place in New Windsor to be. What makes it worse is that the manager (who sits in the back 9/10 times) doesn't come out to help the other two employees trying to clear the line. I've noticed this the more I've gone here, and I know she has come out from behind a desk and scanned pre-printed labels on a computer which is to the right just passed the copy machines. But I guess she only does that if she wants to... Otherwise she just sits in the back while the two employees get slammed and the line is so long that it wraps around the store. This can be difficult since there are excess number of boxes laying around everywhere. God forbid if you have PO box or a mailbox there you have to get to you have to climb over everyone's returns and boxes. One time at Christmas the line was so long it literally went to the door and wrapped around the table twice like a snake coiling up! This is not how you're supposed to handle business, and the manager doesn't seem to care or else she'd come out from behind the desk and help out her co-workers.
