They also pointed out areas of high traffic on our carpets and the limitations of their services due to normal wear and tear. We had 2 staircases, a hallway, and the dining room carpets cleaned. They were in and out within the hour. The carpets look revitalized and fuller and "fluffier" than before. Our carpets did not have many bad stains so I cannot speak to how those would clean up but overall our carpets look and feel great! I would definitely recommend them to friends.
