So in other words, they missed it the first time! For a pro should have been something they spotted during the inspection! I'd gotten several quotes that were all over the place, theirs was in the middle, but I liked their thoroughness and they had other good reviews. My chimney had eroded because I had gotten a new high efficiency furnace and the company did not install a chimney liner.
