The worst customer service ever. Purchased a couch and love seat back in October. Received confirmation for delivery, only issue is we only received the love seat with no explanation. Fine we will wait another two weeks. Today we were supposed to receive the couch between 2-5, no call no show. Called oh they forgot to load it on the truck you have to wait a week because we have no other deliveries available. Now they don't have the couch until the end of November!!!! The salespeople in this store are extremely positive, however, are insincere with Opinions and feedback. Ask about discounts on items before you purchase (best asked upon entering store) otherwise you will not receive discount and will pay full price, even if it is a store wide sale. Also, if item is not marked with price, salesperson will "create" price (this may vary each time you visit store). I found this store to be overpriced and sales people lacking integrity.
