Get onto Jaclyn - she did mine and she was great, she really listens to what you want. She's also an amazing artist. My tattoo was small and only set me back $100. I know that another friend got a tattoo at another place on Sydney road and it cost her to same amount even though it was even smaller than mine. They're a cool bunch of passionate tattoo artists, the place is really cool and set out really nicely. There's artwork hanging on the walls and everyone just seems real chill and happy with what they're doing. I love this place and if I ever get another tattoo, it'll be here.

I came here 2 years ago to get a pinup girl in my left arm and this year I've come back to the same artist to to my left arm. I'm really happy with the work and that the staff turnover isn't high at all. I didn't have to roll over backwards to find the artist that did my tattoo 2 years ago and that majority are still here that I remember from that time. A well looked after place.

I've had…read morethree appointments here, and each time I've left extremely satisfied with the service provided. Two of my sessions were for tattoo removal with Azra. Prior to these, I'd had about ten removal treatments at a clinic in London for three tattoos. At the London clinic, I always felt like just another number, rushed in and out with little care or attention. In contrast, every visit to Green Lotus has been the complete opposite. The staff have always shown me patience, kindness, and understanding--especially considering how painful removal sessions can be. As someone with fibromyalgia, my body reacts more intensely than most people's, but Azra has always been incredibly attentive to my needs, ensuring I'm as comfortable as possible. Even though I know the process will be painful, she does everything she can to make it more bearable, always treating me like a person rather than just another appointment. If I weren't moving abroad, I'd definitely continue my treatments here. Green Lotus is a clean, well-priced studio with a welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it more highly

After checking out all of the local shops and artists I decided to head to Green Lotus. They have a fantastic variety of artists in staff, working in a great range of styles. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the artists themselves with the actual tattooing being quite reasonably priced. My first tattoo here was by Nicole, who was great to work with. She has tattooed a few of my friends now and has been great every time. We headed back here during the Sydney Road Street Party for a flash tattoo day, which the shop does every year. All of the artists put together some new flash artwork for the day and it's first come, first serve. I got in first with Kane for a neat little hamburger tattoo and by the time we left they were already telling people the wait would be at least two hours. If you're liking for a new tattoo around Brunswick then definitely check out Green Lotus, with a great range of styles as well as visiting guest artists, you're bound to find someone to suit your needs.

These dudes are clever, however, and are differentiating themselves as an art gallery slash tattoo joint. It's just so crazy it might work. The latest addition to the place is Lara Slater, who, as it turns out, has been tattooing for 15 years now and specialises in custom work. She did her time in the states and you can check out her visual art on the walls. They have revolving exhibitions in the place and as far as tattoo shops go, this one is super inviting and colourful. It's the kind of place you can browse without feeling weird or pressured in any way, and there ain't many tattoo joints on Sydney Road, so it's a welcome addition to the flash and existing colour of the area.
