Maintenance will take forever to repair anything it took me two years to finally get them to replace my 10-year-old dishwasher and when the landlord called me to tell me she thought that got replaced months ago. Turns out the maintenance guy was stealing things and also money from the tenants. New maintenance guy is much better particularly plowing. They were replacing the roof on my apartment complex. Water ended up getting between the roof and my ceiling causing part of my ceiling to collapse. It took them weeks to fix a hole in my ceiling so my apartment was completely ripped apart, which was super fun after a foot surgery and I couldn't walk on it for six weeks. I called several times about getting the ceiling fixed. She returned my phone call once after that she stopped returning my phone calls. They did fix the ceiling a month and a half after the ceiling caved in the ceiling was never painted the remaining two years I was there they never clean the rug. My husband and I broke down and bought a rug doctor and shampooed it ourselves.

Management is bad, maintenence takes forever to get to anything needing fixed,parking and plowing issues...they do not have anyone that has any idea how to plow out parking spaces. There have been times there was not one plowed spot to park when i came home, so had to try to get into snowy spot without hitting other vehicals. Also have to watch because the rent prices vary not because of different sizes etc. but just because she will charge you whatever she feels at the time. i have seen some get a good price on same apartment as others that there is no difference. Had to scrub entire apartment down when we moved in. Left it cleaner then when we arrived. People throw garbage in courtyard and it's left. We were there 6 months while building our house and had full background check. Moved in and it was a joke. Wondering how most even past their background checks. Drunks, smell of pot in the hallway. My driveway looks worse then before he came and is now blaming me for choosing that material which he sold us on. He does not tell you what it will look like in a year!! Advertising on his Facebook page of driveways just laid then doesn't post pictures or tell you it will deterate in months - a year. Will not come out to fix.
