( owner and management) are the worst!. I moved here two years ago, to a supposedly renovated apartment. There was a leak between the bathroom and dining area wall which they opened a couple of times and re-patched it. Till today they haven't painted or fix the leak. The laundry room is disgusting, we have found shot inside the washer a few times and a lot of dog hair, we have complaint about it and nothin has been done. We fought a lot to change cable companies since time warner cable is the only one allowed. We finally got the approval to put dish which has a better signal. Now that the owner decided to do some landscaping to this neglected complex, he decided to put a tree in front of our dish, cutting off our signal, well guess what the answer was... Do whatever you want but I am not removing my tree or exchange it for a smaller one. So we had to cancel our dish service. Couple of month ago we found syringes right in front of the apartments door. Following up with the cops showing up to the complex three times a week!... To be honest I don't believe they do a background check at all!!!!. There's only two washer and two dryers in each building, in my building one of the dryers was out of service for almost 4 months and one of the washers was out for two months, this happens very often. These is the best one; I had a drunk lady walking into my apartment, two minutes lady she was getting arrested in front oft window!, you can tell how safe this place is. Every time you call management they either don't answer the phone or if you are able to leave a message, you will never get a call back and their excuse is... "I never got your message". In the last month about 10 apartments have moved out, and they are all due to all these problems or because they got evicted. I am so happy to move out of here and my recommendation to you is not to ever move into these apartments!. They are the worst, they have no clue of what they are doing.

Maintenance will take forever to repair anything it took me two years to finally get them to replace my 10-year-old dishwasher and when the landlord called me to tell me she thought that got replaced months ago. Turns out the maintenance guy was stealing things and also money from the tenants. New maintenance guy is much better particularly plowing. They were replacing the roof on my apartment complex. Water ended up getting between the roof and my ceiling causing part of my ceiling to collapse. It took them weeks to fix a hole in my ceiling so my apartment was completely ripped apart, which was super fun after a foot surgery and I couldn't walk on it for six weeks. I called several times about getting the ceiling fixed. She returned my phone call once after that she stopped returning my phone calls. They did fix the ceiling a month and a half after the ceiling caved in the ceiling was never painted the remaining two years I was there they never clean the rug. My husband and I broke down and bought a rug doctor and shampooed it ourselves.
