Do not hire him. We were buying a house and the seller hired them to fix our pool and hot tub. Gave him several thousand dollars up front. Travis kept making excuses as to why he couldn't do it on the day they said. Eventually, he said he was in a horrific car accident. His wife said that the reason he didn't show up is because of the car accident and I felt terrible for assuming he was ghosting us and taking the money. His wife told me what hospital he was supposedly in, but when I called there to check on him, they said they had not had any patience by that name. I asked him why this was and he said there must've been a mistake at the hospital. I tried to take him for his word.He then said that he had to hire two people to help with his business because he broke his hip and that they would be out 3 days after to fix us up. That day came and went and no one showed so I contacted him again. He said the reason that they hadn't shown up is because he had to finish training. I told him that he should've let me know that not showing up and not calling. Just makes me think he's stealing the money. He apologized and said that I was right and said that they would be out the following Wednesday at a certain time to get it done for sure. Well 30 minutes before the new employee was supposed to come and fix my pool. He said that he wasn't going to be able to do the job at all because the so-called employee quit and walked out without notice. Now he is ghosting the seller and refusing to give him his money back. The seller does not want to pay a new Pool company until he gets the money back from Travis. Travis refuses to answer my calls or my texts and has now blocked me. He obviously had no intention of actually doing the Pool and now he's skipping out with someone else's money. If he wasn't going to do the work, he should've been man enough to say he wasn't going to do it and give the money back. So unless you want to pay for a job that it's never going to get done you should look for someone else. read more

I Paid $3k to have a French drain installed along side my home as water was getting into the house. If anything this company made it worse. Regraded the hill in such a way that it directs water towards my home and installed an inadequate drain. I brought up my concerns and was told if I any issues that he would come out and fix. Water is still draining into my home and I'm repeatedly told people will be out the following week only for nobody to show up. Now my calls are ignored. Find another company. read more

Travis Downing is NOT a man of his word. He did nothing as contracted. Having delivered almost nothing, he pressed me for more money every time we spoke. When I refused to let him have a hand in my pocket, the conversations turned ugly, and eventually ended our business relationship.
