Most of the time, the only way we would know they had been is they ring the doorbell and let us know they are starting work. All of our trees that they have serviced have never looked better. We were afraid we were going to loose our ash tree, but after a couple years of feeding and an initial trimming of the tree, it now is full of green healthy leaves, instead of the sickly wrinkled leaves it usually had by August. Their arborist recommended a clean out of our lacebark elm, which we thought looked okay. Since they had never steered us wrong before, we told them to proceed. One day we returned home after a day out, and noticed right away that the elm looked a lot better than it had. We B Trees had come while we were gone, cleaned out the problem branches, and cleaned up their mess and left. The only evidence they had been was the note on the door, and the tree looking much better. I would easily recommend We B Trees to anyone needing tree service. Their service is the best we have had, and their rates are very reasonable.

The crew that mowed my lawn (sometimes down to the dirt in places) regularly left the gate open…read moredespite many complaints. The second complaint about the gate was met with 'that's a firable offense' and the same crew member left the gate open a third time. I also asked that the crew who had been coming and leaving the gates open never come again because of the repeated gate problems, trampling my flower bed, and in one instance, weed whacking a flower out of my flower bed. They were the same crew that came the next round, and as it would turn out, would leave the gate open when they left. I had asked them to perform some services they told me were included in the beginning stages, but it took over a month to get them to come out to perform them. There were some services they said were covered, but in the end, they wanted to charge me extra for them, which is ridiculous. I eventually gave up on the shrub trimming, in the end. All the concerns were met with slow moving action, or no action at all. I often had to call back to get them moving, waiting days or sometimes weeks for their call back. My lawn does not look good, my dog has escaped through the open gate once, I am missing flowers, and my shrubs are overgrown. There were some positives from my very brief experience. Their pest/fertilizer/weed control was great. I had no ants, mosquitos and the weeds were starting to finally die out and be overtaken by the bermuda. I'm going to miss having that crew come out. The first mow service was prompt and professional, but I never saw that crew again. I did get a call from the CEO after I complained for the last time and cancelled. He did try to understand the issues and took my complaints seriously. He mentioned that this wasn't the normal experience. I just wish I would have got the normal experience :-( I think that if they shore up their customer service and communication timeliness I could give them a try again. I would probably rate a bit higher and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the repeating gate problem and my dog getting loose because of it is pretty hard to excuse.

We saw a post online for a business owner that had fallen on slow times and decided to take a chance on him. We were beyond thrilled with the work they did! Anyone in that business can use a chainsaw, but Seth was actually highly educated about the trees themselves, and was able to quickly and efficiently take care of all of the many issues we had. He is affordable and his work is impeccable. We will definitely be using his company for any future needs we have! We hired Oklahoma Landscape to address significant drainage issues in our backyard. One of the…read moreprimary reasons we selected them was their advertised drainage expertise. Their website emphasizes foundation drainage specialists and protecting homes from moisture intrusion and water damage, and Robbie spent considerable time evaluating our property and discussing a plan before work began. Unfortunately, our experience once construction started was very different from what we expected. On the first day, the crew began digging without reviewing the project with us, which resulted in work being performed in the wrong area of the yard. Over the course of the project, portions of the drainage system were repeatedly dug up and reworked due to installation issues. This led to extensive disruption of our yard, damage to areas that did not need to be disturbed, and utility lines being cut during construction. What was expected to be a relatively straightforward drainage project ultimately stretched to nearly a month of ongoing rework and adjustments. Communication from the field crew was limited, and when the project was finished, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the completed system. Most importantly, the drainage issues were not resolved. During the first significant storm after completion, water again pooled against the side of our house and we experienced a water intrusion inside our home. This resulted in damage that required additional remediation and led us to hire another contractor to redesign and correct the drainage work. I will say that Robbie was generally communicative throughout much of the process and was professional in our interactions. However, there was a significant disconnect between what was discussed during planning and what was ultimately executed in the field. In the end, despite the time, cost, and disruption involved, we were left with the same drainage problems we hired the company to solve. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Oklahoma Landscape for drainage projects. (attached photos are of the completed project)
