My ears were extremely impacted with wax and more than one General Practitioner/Internist were not able to successfully remove it, sometimes even unintentionally making it worse. After coming here my ears are clearer of wax than they have ever been and it didn't hurt one bit too. I left the office without one bit of wax in them and my hearing completely restored to its potential. I'm very grateful. read more

At first, they were more of a 3/4 star. After the weekend, probably more if a 2. I can't really decide. The office was small but clean and the staff was friendly. My husband had a septoplasty and some other nose procedure done at the same time. They were so rough with him when he was coming out of anesthesia that I was shocked. Bumping him into walls, leaving him sitting in a wheelchair while he was nearly falling over. Granted, the space was small, but I take care of people in wheelchairs and they had more bumps in one visit than I've had in 10+ years. All of this I can forgive because the doctor was friendly and my husband is a fan of him. However, I called the on-call doctor THREE TIMES this weekend about problems he was having, and I NEVER got a call back. Seriously. They did a surgery Friday morning and couldn't return any of my calls over the weekend. That's just something I can't really get over. So I guess if you are just going for a routine visit or check up, or perhaps you need regular allergy shots...I'm sure they'll take great care if you. However, if you need a procedure or surgery done, I can find about 13 other ENTs in the area that will give you better quality of care. read more

I have gone to Dr Pinnock for my daughter since she was five years of age, she is now 19, for her ears. She's in perfect health and with his interventions, she never required tubes in her ears. I saw him myself for sinus and allergies I was having. He did testing and we proceeded with allergy shots. Although the refrigerator lost power and the vials were lost, the office offered to replace them. I've always been accommodated and helped when needing it. He's a very kind doctor and knows his area of medicine very well. My daughter had a great rapport with him as well. Love this physician. read more

This place is a joke. Was never even seen by DR. Pinnock in all 3 visits , just his assistant. When calling to inquire about my billing, I was greeted with pet names (honey, sweetheart) which is totally unprofessional, and the individual who never introduced herself at all was rude, dismissive, and interrupting. After everything I've dumped $250 into a prescription for Flonase. Also, when calling back to speak to an office manager, I was told she was in a meeting and I was transferred back to the rude nameless woman in the billing department. A 2.5 star rating is a serious overstatement. Don't waste your time. Also, never got a call back from the "office manager". Somehow it didn't surprise me. More than likely the "manager" was never informed. Terrible example of professional behavior. read more

Originally had a 2:30 appt. They called and asked if I could come earlier at 11:30 - I agreed and got here at 11:10 because I am a new patient - it is now 12:10 and it appears there are still 5 or 6 people ahead of me. Very frustrating! read more

Dr Pinnock is a flat out scam artist. I was having trouble with my allergy shots, so he suggested I make an appointment for a possible shift in medication. I made the appointment, he scoped my upper airway without asking permission and sent me a bill for $300. He had no interest in helping me and seemed only interested in padding the bill. Fuck this guy. I never went back. I found a profession allergist and ENT that actually have a clue. read more
