Just buyer beware if you are in the market for an estate sale person don't go with Tami. If you have to clear a horder type house Tami is your gal as she will haul away alot of stuff without even trying to sell it. Also, estate sales are supposed to be held on the weekends so more people can attend. Not on a Tuesday and Thursday during the daytime when most people are at work. My folks only made about $1,800 for a very full 3 bedroom two bath house. Sure it was cleaned out at the end but it still causes us much pain to even talk about it today. If you have true treasures and want the actual price that they are worth don't go with this company. If you are ok with getting a dollar or two for something that should be sold for 50 or more than go with Tami. If you want items individually priced Don't go with Tami. If you want a sale on the weekend Don't go with Tami. If you Don't want your heart broken even a year later don't go with Tami. If you have a horder house type of situation yes go ahead with Tami as that is what she really does a glorified garage sale who will not even bother to put the teacups with their matching plates together for the sale. My heart is sad even today as I write this review about my folks sale, I feel like crying.

Wow! I recommend Estate Sales Minnesota without reservation (and I am a tough reviewer). I wish I…read morehad known about her earlier when I sold other homes. I will use her use her again and again, and refer her as much as I can. Not only did we obtain proceeds beyond our wildest dreams, but the process also went as smoothly as possible. Dana (and her team) were responsive to all our requests, patient when we asked for favors, and complied with the strict COVID rules in the building, which is full of senior citizens. Her pictures were stunning, her research on the art was in depth, and her calming personality fit well with my somewhat anxious family members having difficulty parting with things. Thank you, Dana! You made a potentially difficult process extremely easy and profitable. You are great!!! JP

People walked in the middle of the street. They took over the neighborhood for 9 full days and the kids could not play outside. Cars parked on both sides of the street for a full block for most of these days. Parlous Antiques staff were not willing to manage expectations of their customers. Simple instructions on parking and respectful neighborhood etiquette is easy to provide. Staff were unwilling to get involved. The items inside the home were poor quality; some were damaged. The house smelled musty impacting the items for sale.

Everything was set up and organized so we felt fairly comfortable although we were never given a contract to sign even after asking for one a second time. We were told not to be at the sale. In estatesales.net it was listed as a moving sale and NOT an estate sale. At the end of the sale he did not even sit down and talk to us and on his way out the door said we would get a check in the mail. When we received the check and the list of items sold we were shocked. Our mother's house was 2200 square feet and was full of very nice things including 18 brand new sets of pots and pans. Everyone said that it was an extremely busy sale on both days. The itemized list had a fraction of the items that were sold which was not only disappointing but made us question why. When we questioned Erich he texted back and stated that we coerced him into having the sale and that he told us we only had garage sale items and really didn't want to do the sale. We even offered paying for a third day for the sale but he said we didn't have enough things and accused us of taking things out of the sale. We found him to be rude and abrupt. We do not feel the estate sale was handled properly or fairly. It's a shame that during such an emotional time that you have such an unpleasant experience.

Attended recent sale by this company. Three words describe Barb's demeanor: unprofessional, rude,…read moredisorganized and snotty. I picked out several coins and had them written up. I asked about a French coin pictured in ad. She lost it. I continued shopping. Found an amp minus the tubes. When I bring up the amp, I see the tubes in the case. I asked for the tubes. Was informed tubes were priced separately. Advised tubes go with amp, so should be included. Was told tubes priced separately since found in different part of house. Tubes priced $30 each. The amp priced $120, so the tubes would have been an extra $270...Outrageous! I put amp back refusing to be gouged and tell Barb not the way to do business. She said if I didn't like it, I could leave. I told her I have a right to my opinion. I check out and pay for coins. I was handed wrong coins. I immediately bring error to Barb's attention. Her response was those were the coins I gave her to put aside. I stated I got the wrong coins, again. Was told I can get refund. I said I wanted the coins since I waited in line for them. Was told I would have to wait. Barb proceeded to check out other patrons. After the third person paid, I cut in line and demand I get the coins I paid for. Barb continued arguing with me. Even falsely accused me of causing trouble before sale. Advised she made that up and wasn't true. After a few minutes, I got the coins. Barb told me not to return to her sales. Advised that was a given. Also told her I have never been treated so bad at a sale and would never attend her future sales. Barb was very snotty, defensive, accusatory and VERY unprofessional. Would not admit her mistakes. She's a scatterbrain. Never heard of an estate sale losing items before. There are a lot of estate sale companies. AVOID THIS ONE.

Within a few minutes of her walking into the house, she said "Didn't I tell you I require a $5000 minimum? I must not have properly screened you." Which, no she didn't tell me that over the phone, and even if she had, I have no idea what things are worth, so isn't that why you have someone do a consultation? She didn't even take the time to see or hear what all I do have to sell. It was very obvious that she felt that I was wasting her time. I'm sorry, but even if I don't have $5000 worth of items for you to sell, there is no need to be so snobby and rude. I just recently lost both of my parents unexpectedly, and all of this is very hard to deal with or do. Since the business you own is an estate liquidation business, which generally that means someone had to die for there to be an estate, I would think you would be a little nicer and maybe even a little empathetic. You are the business owner! It should matter to you how someone feels about you and your company when you leave. And it should matter to you, how you make someone feel! Apparently you must have so much business that it doesn't matter. There is no way I would ever recommend this company to anyone.
