Rebecca, the receptionist, immediately got back to me via email and remained in contact to remind me of my upcoming appointments. This is a newer facility, I believe they have been open for around a year and everything from the reception area to the patient rooms were very clean. Dr. Kowsari was my dentist and I truly recommend her to anyone in this area since she genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. The way she treats her assistants and fellow staff is exactly the way she treats patients. DLK Dental was so accommodating and will be my dental office from here on out. Thank you to Dr. Kowsari, Denise, Rebecca and all the other staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable.

A student dentist with very limited experience worked on my teeth and mistakenly treated what was actually a filling as if it were plaque. As a result, the surface of my tooth is now rough and uneven in several areas. When I raised concerns, I was repeatedly told that my tooth was already like that, which was not the case. The student dentist even admitted uncertainty about whether there had been a filling and had no "before" documentation to confirm. I was assured the issue would be corrected the following day by Dr. Rob Eisen. However, when I returned, to see doctor Dr. Jerry Jesin I was told I would need to pay to have the damage fixed. This was extremely frustrating, as I did not arrive with this issue, and the initial appointment had already been cut short due to the problem. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Seems like this place focuses on older people and is assurance grab. Not to mention this is the 3rd time someone is arguing about a problem with the front desk people.. tells you a lot

Near the end of my initial treatment with braces I was informed that I would need to get veneers. After speaking with a few cosmetic dentists, I was informed my teeth were not in the optimal position for the veneers. I then had to pay an additional $2000 to empress on top of my initial treatment to further correct my teeth. After several tries and failed results I finally gave up. I found Dr. Shadmand to be extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. We were unable to come to a resolution. In the end I had to pay an additional $6300 to another cosmetic dentist to fix the issues.

The receptionist here is literally the worst customer service rep I've ever encountered. A straight up bully! I live very far from the office and was finishing up a large project and had to cancel an appointment, they tried to charge me $200 bucks for the 'late cancellation' and it says that literally, no where in their policy. When I objected they reduced it to $100. They would also charge my credit card repeatedly without talking to me and had fill in reception that caused me to have to pay extra my next visit because she didn't charge me properly. Whether or not their intention is to squeeze every single drop out of you or not, it feels like it - which is the problem. Save yourself the headache.
