He was looking for a certain one and thought maybe it could be somewhere else, not commenting on a lack of selection, which is why he asked. Well, the owner apparently took this as a personal affront, corrected my husband's poor phrasing, and began telling him exactly how many products he had in the store. In fact, he literally counted them out for us. (There's 31 in case you were wondering.) The encounter ended and we kept browsing because everyone is entitled to one grumpy moment, but then he continued remarking about the question to make sure we felt properly shamed until we left. Message received. This is not a friendly establishment. The better move in the future would be to assume the customer is not trying to insult you, but is simply asking a question because they want to shop in your store.

As you walk in the counter is to the left, beyond that is the entrance down to a full bar, directly in front is the walking humidor (decent size with a good variety), then to the right there's a few small smoking rooms (20-30 seats total) with a few TVs and a small stand up Davidoff humidor. Plenty of ashtrays, lighters and cutters if you don't happen to have your own. Good ventilation so you don't sit in dreary haze. Love the place, love the people, will most definitely be back.
