I was assured this would be honored. However, my request was completely disregarded, and the teeth were thrown away without any effort to assist me. What is even more alarming is that I was told extracted teeth are sometimes given to a third party for profit. This raises serious ethical concerns and makes me question whether my request was ignored so the clinic could benefit financially. The lack of transparency and disregard for my wishes is deeply troubling. This experience reflects a concerning absence of professionalism, integrity, and respect for patient rights. I felt dismissed, and my concerns were ignored. They're holding basic dental care hostage unless I pay $600 out-of-pocket for their deep cleaning treatment, which conveniently isn't covered by insurance. They won't provide the standard cleaning I came in for unless I fork over hundreds of dollars for their most expensive procedure. This is fraud. They're diagnosing healthy patients with fake conditions so they can refuse basic care and force you into expensive treatments. Go to an independent dentist who won't hold your teeth hostage for cash. I'm getting a second opinion and I guarantee they'll tell me my teeth are fine and give me the cleaning I actually need. This place should be shut down.

It is was also impossible for me to call the local Aspen office I went to, all calls go to a centralized call center. It took me 40 minutes to finally get forwarded to the Manhattan Kansas office. The call was answered then I was put on hold, after about 3 minutes the phone call was dropped. This is a huge chain, the dentists are just processing people as quickly as possible. The last appointment I had the rude lady at the scheduling desk wanted to schedule my next appointment for the Fall. Due to my profession, during the school year it's hard to schedule ahead without actually having my schedule and guessing I would be free was not a good idea. However, she insisted and so I did. When we got to my appointment week I had to cancel because I would not be available.The dentist/hygientisf knew I had a loose tooth and it was a part of my plan to fix. Well, it was literally falling out and I tried to schedule an appointment/emergency. Not only did she tell me they were booked post beginning of the year but the ONLY date she could see me was literally a day or two away for the rest of the year.. Well, I can't cancel class so I had to decline but asked her almost by week if anything was open or waitlist. She had a nasty attitude and said NOTHING. Nada. Well, I told her I was going to try and find someone else to get me in sooner than Feb 24' and to please email my X-rays etc. Honestly, if your dentist doesn't consider your tooth coming out an emergency and not willing to work with you, why keep them. So, I finally found a surgeon that could get me in but needed a referral from my dentist. Because I told them that I was going to find a new dentist so I COULD BE SEEN SOONER THAN FEB FOR A TOOTH FALLING OUT IN THE FRONT OF MY MOUTH, they took it personal. I asked them if they would send a referral and she said NO! You told us you were getting a new dentist and we refunded your money for the visit you canceled on so we can't help you. WOW!
