DO NOT GO HERE. Aspen Dental is running a scam. I came in for a routine cleaning with healthy teeth. After running evaluations, they diagnosed me with periodontal disease and now refuse to do a regular cleaning. They're holding basic dental care hostage unless I pay $600 out-of-pocket for their deep cleaning treatment, which conveniently isn't covered by insurance. They won't provide the standard cleaning I came in for unless I fork over hundreds of dollars for their most expensive procedure. This is fraud. They're diagnosing healthy patients with fake conditions so they can refuse basic care and force you into expensive treatments. Go to an independent dentist who won't hold your teeth hostage for cash. I'm getting a second opinion and I guarantee they'll tell me my teeth are fine and give me the cleaning I actually need. This place should be shut down. read more

Buyer beware, Aspen Dental up sells unnecessary and very expensive services. They treat you very nicely, make suggestions while you're in the chair then hit you with a three page bill of services not covered by insurance. It is was also impossible for me to call the local Aspen office I went to, all calls go to a centralized call center. It took me 40 minutes to finally get forwarded to the Manhattan Kansas office. The call was answered then I was put on hold, after about 3 minutes the phone call was dropped. This is a huge chain, the dentists are just processing people as quickly as possible. Stay away! seem professional at first will give you a treatment plan and price. 2nd visit, plan changes and the bill a different insurance company than what you have on file. 3rd they pull tooth and leave tooth fragments. 4th they go from 5 something you owe to 2 thousand and something they say it was a computer glitch and not sure how the other office girl got that price and lastly they never answer phone and when a message with phone number is left no one returns call. Just so unprofessional and each time new people working and training so no one knows anything. Should of listened to your patient on our first visit as leaving he said "What a joke"! read more

My husband and I went to Aspen Dental on May 31st. They had been having issues with their phones/computers, so prior to the appointment we went in and made the appointment. Come appointment day, we found out we were not put on the schedule. They did squeeze us in. After the appointment we were to talk to Ashley about procedures and payments. We ended up not talking to her that day because they were behind. She said she would call the next day. She didn't. 3 weeks went by, we stopped in to check and were told that she would call the next day. It has now been 3 months and we have yet to hear anything from them. Since they don't seem to want our business, we have found another dentist. read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Aspen dental! Katrina and Ashley were so great with me! They made sure that I did not leave the dentist without perfectly clean teeth! The customer service is also amazing! They truly make you feel like family there! I highly recommend! Can't wait to go in for my next cleaning! read more
