The Riverside Farmers Market is what makes my Saturday mornings, when I feel like being up early Parking: it's a little tricky sometimes to find parking, depending on the amount of visitors. I have had to park a little further away before and it's honestly not my favorite, especially in downtown. Selection: Gorgeous produce and unique products! All coming from local vendors, so kudos for community inclusion! These heirloom tomatoes were soo rich and tasty. I'm

One city block long. The garments market has several vendors offering fruit and a few vegetables. The flower stand has bright bouquets. There is a plant vendor with a good selection of reasonably priced succulents. There are a few food vendors; desserts and breads. No farmers market would be complete without kettle corn, so you should find everything you need here.

Clean, natural, no hormones, no MSG, no GMO, certified organic farmer's market...what else can I say!? Great place to get yourself some good products when in the area. I came here on Wednesday, there are about 15 or so vendors, kettle corn, nuts, fruit, breads, desserts, veggies, tamales, pupusas, and more! At noon, all the workers are here getting their lunch, lines can be a little long at the food vendors. Everyone is nice, come out and enjoy yourself! I normally come here for lunch when I'm in the area, I get the veggie burrito from Deliziosa's Pupusas, really great burrito, and their platanos fritos and beans are excellent too. I do recommend this place!

Adorable little spot! Customer service was great and talked us through getting there since they moved locations about a street down. I got there a little late so some of the vendors may have already packed up for the day, but I was still able to get some emerald plums, some greens, blueberry lemonade, a couple wonderful indulgent pastries, and a pretty flower bouquet. Definitely recommend going early in the morning to beat the Riverside heat.

Open on Saturday mornings, it's not very big but has some nice offerings. Fruit, vegetables , nuts, eggs, flowers, plants, breads...it's worth a visit. I wish it was bigger, & the prices are a bit high, but I still like it.

Very small and lacking in character. It seemed a bit sterile for a Farmer's Market. It was very modern and modular in setup, which is something that I am not looking for in a Farmer's Market. Just two rows of facing identical booths. The produce that was there was great. There was no cheese when I went, which was unfortunate as I was looking forward to that after reading the other review. There were very few people in attendance while I was there. They have two sections: Certified Organic and Non-certified Organic. The bulk of the booths are Certified Organic. I bought some turnips, asparagus, quail eggs, carrots, and some red lettuce. Be sure to shop around between the vendors as the prices do vary between them. I will surely be back to the Riverside Farmer's Market for the fresh produce, but the Redland's Market Night has a much more lively feel and a little bit of the character that I partly go to a farmers market to enjoy.

I go for the fresh eggs, they are reasonably priced and I'm never disappointed shopping for fresh produce.

Ask the Community - Downtown Farmer's Market

Farmers market no longer here? Came by this morning and the streets were empty :(

I heard they had moved it down by the Courthouse; I have not been to the new location yet, but some farmers who also sell at the Wednesday market had told me that the location for the Saturday market had changed.

What are the days and time?

Does anyone know if they take ebt? Or if any farmers market takes ebt?

I saw one vendor with a *WE ACCEPT EBT* sign in front, but not 100% sure if all vendors accept that form of payment.

    What day is it?

Wednesday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM & Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM

    Where should I park?

Free parking on 6th Street across Market by the Fox Theatre. There's a crosswalk that leads directly to the market area.

I'm a little sad that it's only on Saturday mornings (and shuts down ~noon) but the quality is top notch and the vendors are so incredibly friendly!

It's such a fun time to experience the different products and get to know the owners and what inspired them to start their businesses. I enjoy running into people that are ambitious and following their dreams. I love to support that, especially when their morals and values align with mine and they don't want to harm animals. The Magnolia Market is a small gathering but has a big impact on the community. Check it out to support the new businesses trying to make a name for themselves.
