There was one small spot that needed to be smoothed out. It could have been sent back to the lab and on 4 different occasions she refused to fix the problem, causing severe mouth sores so that I couldn't wear my partials and this weakened my front teeth. My lower front teeth suffered severely, broke down and continually chipped. Recently, I bit down on a broken piece of tooth breaking one of my front crowns in the front of my mouth. This situation has led me believe that dentures are the only answer for me at this time. She is refusing to refer me to a surgeon to get dentures. Because of her, I am in terrible condition. I am switching dentists and do not recommend her services to anyone.

I admit my mistake by not double checking myself. Had the work done insurance pd just under $300 toward the $1,000 charge. Tried to talk to them every month for about 6 months, kept getting someone will call you back. Finally called the billing office, all I got was how do you want to pay this? No I am sorry this happened, just all thrown back on my responsibility. We are in our 70's I have never been treated like this. I then sent a letter to the Dentist, basically was told about the same thing I need to call billing office and set up a payment plan, which I have been making monthly payments now and since they have started charging me a monthly fee. On a positive note my Hygienist was very nice did a good job, Dentist was fair. Billing office manager if that's her title, was rude, and always right, lack of compassion for your story. Quite rude. I feel because this was both our fault, for the Hygienist insisting there would be no charge, and me not checking with insurance We should meet half way on bill due. They will not even consider. Just tell me to make arrangements to pay the bill. First and last dollar from me.

Extremely understanding staff with this great local dentist. Flexible payment options and a willingness to work with the patient as a person. Answered any and all questions and engaged in conversation, nothing felt rushed. Round 2 - a procedure to remove build up from above mentioned neglect. Least painful time in my life!! Round 3 - oops, missed appointment for cleaning. My bad! Round 4 - back with pain and more neglect again seen same day. Results were a fractured molar (left bottom side molar 2nd to last right in front of in tact wisdom tooth). Instantly offered to pull in office still! Absolutely fast and pain free removal and healing!! I cannot recommend Dr. Masak more strongly - if you are in dire straights call him TODAY!! He can help you.

My experience was amazing and yes, I am talking absolutely it my routine dental cleaning and exam. The hygienist was so friendly and down to earth. The practice is nice, clean and modern. The dentist was SO friendly. For the first time ever I was told everything looked great (with the exception of a cracked crown) and I did not need any additional "work". Regarding the cracked crown...the dentist said he recommended a longer appointment to have the tooth fixed and a small cavity next to it fixed. When I asked about a temporary crown I was informed that I would be leaving with my permanent that day!!! This dentist makes his own crowns, everything taken care of at once! I was overjoyed to hear this and also impressed with needing only one more appointment. I would definitely suggest this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I took off of work for appointment. I am guessing their schedule is more important than mine. Should have been told up front. Wasn't.
