After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Now I will have to find somewhere else and wait all over again to get this done! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I got an appointment at Parc Village Dental the same week I called them. I don't know where to start, so I'll begin with how Dr. Dorsch basically saved the life of someone in my family after their pcp missed a growth that required emergency surgery. Then there's Dr. Nelson, who I'll call the "King of Painless Injections". He's some sort of magician, because if he hadn't told me he was putting the numbing shot in, I wouldn't have even known. I'm extremely needle phobic so this is huge! He does a great job of explaining things & is thorough. He's also extremely patient. I can be a neurotic mess when I'm at the dentist. He never makes me feel ridiculous, and he never shames me for not coming in regularly like I'm going to start doing. Just a very nice, gentle person. If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm one of those people who are terrified of the dentist, usually going only when necessary. Now that Dr. Dorsch is part of the practice, she can prescribe meds to help. This was huge for me! They weren't able to do this the last time I inquired, but she's got the special skills/license. That being said, it's not a guarantee that she'll feel comfortable prescribing something. For example, she was concerned about an interaction with meds I'm already on so after her and my pcp discussed it, my primary care ended up doing the prescribing. So it's case by case. The clinic itself is beautiful. The hygienists are so nice, calming, friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at ease. Overall, just a great practice. So glad Dr. Dorsch joined & now co-owns the clinic as she's brought a ton to the table. I'm working with her in 10 days so I may update this. Highly recommenda!

We have had the best of experiences at De Pere Family Dentistry, and even though we have now moved 30 minutes away, we continue to have our dental care done at De Pere Family Dentistry because the care is very good there. The receptionist Ashley is very helpful, our hygienist Brooke does amazing work, and we love Dr. Kraft, for her kind personality, the way she works well with my kids, and her for her expertise in the field. At the end of the 2 hours, I was told to return to have my teeth cleaned and that I needed periodontal cleaning done at over $1200. I did not return. I went and received a cleaning at a former dentist and 2nd opinion on the periodontal work. My former dentist said my gums were healthy and did not need periodontal work. It seemed like Dental Care of Bellevue was looking for a problem, since I take good care of my teeth.

They said they had issued reimbursement. I said no they have not. They said they would check and call back. To my complete astonishment, they DID call back... and said something had gone wrong with the reimbursement transfer - that had happened a month earlier, but did not get a call from them until I called. If this is the last dentist office on earth, knock your teeth out and finish off your days eating soup.
