I have purchased two vehicles from Doyle Dodge in in the last three months. The first vehicle was a Jeep Wagoneer that had numerous issues immediately and consistently, which could never be resolved by service. When it began stalling at every stop and became a safety hazard, the dealership offered to auction it off and let me trade in at their dealership. The next vehicle was a brand new 2025 Pacifica, which I owned for only 6 days. They sold me this vehicle on the premise that it was "the most reliable vehicle on the lot". Within the first 12 hours of owning it, it had to be towed to the dealership because it would not start, even after being boosted and charged for 1.5 hrs. I said I wanted a refund and was told that I was "holding them hostage" when I said i did not want to take the van back. They insisted that it was fixed, called me repetitively while I was at work and ultimately drove to my place of work to force me to take back this van (on the same day that they told me it was fixed). After it was "serviced" and returned to me, it had to be towed back again 4 days later for the exact same reason - would not start. It's been auctioned off again but Doyle Dodge will only refund the amount that they got at the auction which represents several tens of thousands in financial loss. If you would like to buy "luxury" vehicles only to lose money, be made to feel like a burden, be harassed at your place of work and get the run around from staff, this is the place for you. read more

Brought my vehicle in for routine oil change And there was some vibration in the steering. It was supposed to be done in one day. Doyle had to keep it for three days because of not being able to rectify the vibration they said. Original estimate was around 600-900$ ended up charging 1775$ and gave me the run around for the three days. I gave the car to Doyle with 100km in gas in the tank. They gave it back with a full tank and almost 200km on the odometer. Won't be servicing or purchasing any more vehicles here. read more

We were driving from Winnipeg to St Catherine's Ontario. About 1.5 hours before Sudbury our van started making noise. We called Doyle Dodge and they said to stop in. It was a Saturday and lucky for us their service area was open. They fixed us up and we were able to finish our journey. Great service and only a couple of hours lost. while i commend that their service dept is open on saturday, my experience was terrible. there is no shuttle service at all on saturday so you are stuck there staring at the floor or walls in uncomfy chairs. no free coffee, the coffee from the machine was horrible and the cups were too small so it overflowed everywhere. the snack machine was partially filled with no prices. no free wifi, they should at least do that. i sat there for 3 hours waiting for my vehicle doing absolutely nothing, soooo irritating. they could learn from honda how to take care of their customers . . . if i didn't need saturday service, i would never come here. don't even get me going on their labor prices, was totally gouged . . . read more
