The first vehicle was a…read moreJeep Wagoneer that had numerous issues immediately and consistently, which could never be resolved by service. When it began stalling at every stop and became a safety hazard, the dealership offered to auction it off and let me trade in at their dealership. The next vehicle was a brand new 2025 Pacifica, which I owned for only 6 days. They sold me this vehicle on the premise that it was "the most reliable vehicle on the lot". Within the first 12 hours of owning it, it had to be towed to the dealership because it would not start, even after being boosted and charged for 1.5 hrs. I said I wanted a refund and was told that I was "holding them hostage" when I said i did not want to take the van back. They insisted that it was fixed, called me repetitively while I was at work and ultimately drove to my place of work to force me to take back this van (on the same day that they told me it was fixed). After it was "serviced" and returned to me, it had to be towed back again 4 days later for the exact same reason - would not start. It's been auctioned off again but Doyle Dodge will only refund the amount that they got at the auction which represents several tens of thousands in financial loss. If you would like to buy "luxury" vehicles only to lose money, be made to feel like a burden, be harassed at your place of work and get the run around from staff, this is the place for you.

The enthusiastic lady taking notes on my car at the collision center thought my car was "so very nice" and "barely damaged" and was excited to talk about how well I've taken care of it. And what warranty work I've had done. My insurer insisted I deal with Assured, however I smelled a con. Assured refused to release the collision report to me, costing me several more days waiting to pry the info from my insurer. Wow!! About 60 hour allocated to paint work, repairs all around!! My damage was localized to my rear bumper, which costs $300. They had rocker damage, all the little rust spots listed, all four fenders, and a staggering amout of time for paint adding up to over $10,000 on the report. So I dug deeper. Well Assured is owned by the Boydd group... The Boydd group also owns RKQ salvage down in Missisauga. Well RKQ was fully out of Jetta parts and the lady that did my quote knew this and drooled over the high value salvage. Well done Assured, almost conned me!! Once I called them out for this and suggested litigation wow! All of a sudden I could chose my own collision center and there was extremely ample room for auxilury work should they find more during the repairs. Huh, honest business ya got there. Congrats on all the poor struggling accident victims you've likely successfully pulled insurance fraud on. **Clapping emoji**
