They spent less than 2 hours removing the stumps and only leveled out where the stumps had been. When questioned about this, we were informed the price was the price - regardless of the means to accomplish the task. Definitely a misrepresentation of the services and equipment required. We paid something like $375 an hour based on being mislead as to what was required. Later we learned that our neighbor hired them a year ago to the tune of $10k and they never finished the job.
