I could have walked from my building, but since the weather looked like rain; I drove. Parking is downstairs in the parking garage and you need to make sure you take your parking ticket into the office so you can get your parking validated. There are several conference rooms that are available. And of course the view of downtown is also a plus. This firm has been nothing but helpful with all my legal needs. I complied before their deadline and in their letter it said it would stop the collection on the contested amount and allow it to be disputed. They informed me they would get me the information that I requested on "legal fees owed" I asked for a break down and then was promptly ignored for weeks even sending them regular reminders and asking for updates still no word they just expect me to blindly pay them money.

I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not.
