I always had to call for updates and her usual response of " we haven't received a police report dear" was standard and the word "dear" was used a lot too. The service was SLOW so I sought another company to handle my case. On June 11, 2026, I wrote to Elizabeth that I will no longer need their service and please send my new law firm a drop letter. Elizabeth informed me that it'll take 2 weeks for that to happen. I called weekly on whether the drop letter has been sent and as usual her " I submitted it the day you asked me to dear and it's out of my hands. That goes to another department ". Frustrated, I asked why she hasn't followed up after each of my call. Same answer. Today, 7,9,2026 I called the front office instead of Elizabeth. Her supervisor informed me that today is the only day that she has heard of my request.
