I received treatment on several occasions and within an number of weeks the dull sharp pains from the lack of movement had cleared pretty much altogether. Have seen both Dr. Murphy and Dr. Quigley, they do run to schedule most of the time. Majority of the time, they have diagnosed and prescribed exactly what I needed to be back up to 100%. On one occasion they didn't however my symptoms was not so typical therefore another doctor may have overlooked it too however I was soon on my way and been referred to a specialist to get treatment. Surgery is in a housing estate, converted house... Facilities are old however at all times the consultation rooms and the nurses room is clean and hygiene is always accounted for.

I do not subscribe to the idea that Western medicine is bout about it. I used to suffer from horrible migraines, and one of the most successful treatments I received was acupuncture. Whatever ails you, Health & Harmony has something to fix you right up. I picked up some herb-tea packets that tasted really funky but did the trick. I also go some various other pills and potions to deal with headaches, cold and sleeplessness. Seriously, if there is something wrong with you, why not try something different before heading off to the doctor? The staff is awesome and full of knowledge. If they weren't it would be incredibly difficult to find what you need, as a lot of packages are written in Chinese.

I arrived for my appointment early and was still made to wait in one of the treatment rooms for 40 mins, with no heads up that it might be a while. Facial itself was ok, though 20 of the 60 mins was just spent with more waiting by myself with a mask on. The massage at the end was pretty crap: 5 min, over the clothes, may as well not have bothered. Glad I didn't pay full price, left more frustrated than relaxed.
