It melted a bit on the tongue. The suckling pig tacos were dynamite. The meat was tender, and topped with a crispy piece of chicharron. The presentation was impeccable. The flan was also really tasty, and made for a light, sweet, and to a delicious meal.

It gets a little chaotic once you make it to the inside portion of the place. Once you're inside, you place your order, get a number, and wait for your number to be called. Then your number is called and you tell them how many tacos per plate and how you want your tacos (what salsa, cebolla, cilantro, etc.) They only have bistec tacos or tocino (bacon). I didn't personally try the bacon, but my friend did and loved it. Instantly regretted not trying it. It's a great place. You can see why it's so crowded. That being said, is it worth it? I've had a lot of good tacos in my life and these are great! But definitely don't need to wait an hour plus to get them, in my opinion. It's a great experience though!

The worst part was the watermelon looked old and mushed and there where only 4 pieces and they were never refilled. Never. The pineapple space looked good. The cucumber space was only a quarter filled and was never refilled either. The buffet lacked options and the area needs updating for the price customers are paying. I would not recommend or visit. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down. BUT the other generales my mother visited and we decided to check out was phenomenal. But that is an entirely different manager and staff.
