Due to COVID, Dr. Dotson is only offering Telehealth appointments, but you still go into the office for all lab work purposes. The young lady in the front was very polite and energetic. Her customer service was exceptional! I was very comfortable being that it was my first time there. I did not have to wait long at all once I completed all my paperwork. I was in and out in no time. I am really happy I found this office as I've been in search of a PCP for a few years now. I have to also mention that the environment is very soothing. You cannot help but get comfortable there because they make sure to bring a more homey feel to it. This was a great visit!

This place would not see me, or any other patient unless you have $200 cash. Even if you been out of your medication for over a week they don't care. It's all about money with these pain/Detox clinics. It's a joke, They don't take health insurance/or even Medicare for the elderly or disabled. Just like all these other so-called pain clinics. For the last few months they don't even take your blood pressure, take your weight?? The doctor stands in the ask is everything the same? Goes and writes a prescription, you pay at the desk get your prescription and leave. SMH..I knew this staff very well and the owner Jerry who has 2 other locations besides this one. His bed manner is exceptionally. I have raved about him to my mom and others. I love that certain things are readily accessible within his office and doesn't require prescriptions or orders to outside labs. Hi This is an update to my previous review, still having…read moreproblems with a referral for a heart condition. it has been a couple of weeks since my doctor told me a had an episode with my heart according to a monitor a wore and that it was serious, mentioned I could have died he said I should have a sleep test procedure. Well 2 weeks have passed and still waiting on a referral to a facility that is not 25 miles away and have an appointment sooner than 1/13/2026 as my clinic scheduled for me, HealthSun gave a inhouse referral but the clinic needs to give the sleep study center a prescription with a certain code, not happening, the clinic wants me to wait a month and drive 25 miles away to get the test done. I wonder why?????? still very bad service and NO CONSIDERATION.!!!!! I must say the staff is great but referrals are HORRIBLE.
