They're also advertising opened in both Yelp and Google. When both my sister and I got to the office, they were closed with a sheet on the door telling their patients to call via telemedicine and call 888-852-6672 due to coronavirus. When I called them as I was driving home, the operator said to me that my appointment was for the 4/2/20, and my sister was for 4/1/20. Which ironically, I still didn't get their call canceling or notifying me about the telemedicine 4/2/20 appointment. In any case, they made us drive over to my sister's appointment on 4/1/20 without informing her of the office closure. He stated they would have a supervisor call me back, and here we are 24 hours later, no return call. It's like they don't even care. I sure they're going to TRY to bill all the Insurance Companies as they treated their patients, which they NEVER DID. I don't understand how could a mental health clinic and psychiatrist could be so insensitive towards their patients, letting them drive or take the bus to their clinic, putting them in unnecessary exposure. Compass Health Systems PA should be ashamed of themselves, knowing that other good honest health care-worker are putting their life to help others AT THIS MOMENT. Even with my sister in great need for her Psychosis medication every 30 days and missing them put her in great danger. It's evident Compass Health Systems PA DON'T' care. They even prescribed the wrong medications, prescribing me the wrong medications on 3/4/20, and charging my insurance. Thank god I check the label before taking my meds. When I called them, they tried to blame Walgreens pharmacy. They could of killing me prescribing the wrong medications for a condition I don't even have. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW COULD THEY TREAT THEIR PATIENT OR ANYONE THIS WAY. I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THE SIGN THEY HAVE ON THEIR DOOR IT'S SO WRONG THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND psychiatrist supposed to be compassionate and caring. I was able to make an appointment to be seen as a new patient. I find Dr Horn to be very friendly and personable. I enjoyed our chat while he was treating my plantar fasciitis and the office staff is very pleasant. While he did provide relief from the pain in my heel and a comprehensive list of footwear to get to avoid future issues, I was not satisfied with the discussion around my toenails and whether they should be cut away or not.
