I ordered a name tag from Nametags4U (a Williams & Williams company) in February 2025. After…read morewaiting their 2-3 week processing time I received an email on 3 March saying that the order had been processed along with a USPS tracking number. I waited a few days and tracked the package on the USPS site. It said that the package was received on 5 March and was awaiting acceptance. I checked daily for another week with no change in status. After a week I contacted Nametags4U and explained the problem. For whatever reason the lady I spoke to said to wait another day (?). I called the next day to say that nothing had changed. She asked me if I had contacted the post office. I'm not sure how this was my responsibility. Then she went into a non-stop monologue saying how it was not her fault. I tried to explain that it was certainly not MY fault but she wouldn't quit talking. I finally got fed up and yelled, " I want my godXXdamn money back. She called me an ass--holxx and hung up. Don't do business with this company.

We requested a special look and font and they were able to accommodate both requests. If you are thinking of getting your shirts via an online shop, check them out first. It doesn't cost you anything, but a little time, to have them quote your project! Tell them "Yvonne" sent you!! (wink! Wink!)

I called and spoke with the manager(lady) she advised me she was the one that took my order and did the work....I explained the problem and she immediately told me "I'm not replacing the jersey sir !!" so I asked her how do we fix the problem and she said " I'm the one who did the work and I didn't see any problems and I haven't even seen the shirt" I told her I could send pictures or I can come in Monday to show her...again she said " I'm NOT REPLACING THE SHIRT BUT YOU CAN COME IN MONDAY IF YOU WANT" to end this I just want to say the manager there is very rude and if you don't want your items ruined go to a REAL professional!!!

Come to find out that 8 of them have threads coming out of the collars and four of them the image was way off centered. After bringing the shirts back and voicing my concerns to who I assume was the owner he brought out the guy who actually prints the shirts. Some pencil-necked geek who was full of attitude. He tried to tell me that it wasn't his fault that the shirts came out messed up and they aren't responsible for fixing my order unless I pay for the new shirts. It took everything I had not to slap his jaw off of his face. Poor materials and poor employees. Will never use them again. Avoid these ripoff scam artists at all costs.

Taking any Amazon returns here is so easy you don't even have to talk to a worker anymore, you can just check in on the computer and off you go. And if you do need to send a package it's still so much better here. The only upside to USPS are the nice boxes you can get there but to me it's still more worth it to come here. And they do have limited hours of open time on the weekends which is nice if you work full time during the week like me!

Though this area is less convenient for me, their services have me continuing with them. Darwin Eicher, owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. They fairly price their products and have a wide array of services. Their technology skills and equipment are first rate. I have self-published a book through them (great "binding" service options). I have seen some quality church bulletins and song books by them. Our HOA publishes a monthly newsletter using them and they have done "bit jobs" such as brochures and signs for projects I affiliate with. Some of this takes some learning and lots of decision-making and Mr. Eicher patiently guides me/us through the processes. His helpers are just as friendly. They finish work promptly and are good about estimating time or issues. We are able to send material by email attachment for printing. His prices beat FedEx and Staples, as do the time for in-out to product completion. I highly recommend their services!
