They were able to remove the old tint from the back window of my car and replace it, which had baked into the window glass and to be scraped off first. I just purchased a used vehicle and I was hoping to get it detailed and tinted to help keep it protected while I was out of town for work. Exotic Car Services worked with me on a day that I would be out of town. Gave me the Spoiled Rotten treatment and also the ceramic tint package. They also worked with me on an after hours pick up. The car looks great, the tint looks perfect. I'm unable to find any defects in the tint job and I already notice how much difference it is in my A/C usage. My mother's 2006 Lexus needed new tint due to age. We dropped off the car at 8:30am and got it back in pristine shape a few hours later. The owner apologized bc it took an hour longer and it was not his fault bc the tint was so old and tacky. The new tint looks great and she is very happy. Don't take your car to Exotic Car Services. I'm a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) that served 26 years. They don't stand behind their work. I have a family member that took a brand new 2016 Mercedes E400 for tint and I was introduced to the tint guy and told his name was Shawn. When my vehicle was tinted there was a defect with the tint on the rear window which Shawn agreed to repair Saturday, July 30, 2016. Prior to this service appointment, the vehicle was taken back to the shop for Shawn to see the defects. At that time we discussed options and Shawn stated that he would remove the rear tint. I questioned Shawn regarding the tint removal and damaging the lines on the rear window. Shawn stated that there would be no damage or removal because he doesn't scrape the window to remove the tint he actually steam which would cause no damage and requires 3 to 4 hours to complete due to the process. I was in the shop on July 30, 2016 for 6 hours and after my vehicle was returned Shawn has caused damage to my rear window and all the lines on the rear window have been removed and or is missing major portions. I now have to have my rear window replaced and all he offered to do was refund the cost of the tint, because according to him the tint is the only warranty. Are you kidding me. This was my 3rd trip to the shop due to the poor tint install and the damage has nothing to do with a warranty it is due to poor workmanship. The guy that does the detail didn't witness any conversations via phone or in person but also has integrity problem and stated that this is the first time this has happened. Shawn stated that when we called to inform him of the issue he looked at the tint that was removed and notice lines on the tint, but doesn't feel that he is at fault. No do understand that the tint was installed and removed at this location and my car was brand new when he initially tinted approximately 4 weeks ago. Now I was told by the black guy name Shawn that he is the owner and manager. I will confirm during research because I plan to address this as a civil matter appropriately. Hopefully I can save some of you the pain and anger that I feel after 6 hours total drivIng back and forth from Tampa, FL as well as over 10 hours total sitting in the shop to have the work complete. I really have to question how this matter would be addressed if I wasn't a female. I don't think that Shawn or the detail guy would have handled this matter in the same manner if I was a male customer. I have video and photo support and don't have a problem speaking to anyone about my experience. I was told by the detailer and black guy (Shawn) that did the tint that this is the first time anything like this has happened, but they refuse to make me whole and stated that the damage they caused is not covered via the tint warranty. I am so angry and disappointed but know that God is in control! Please know that I rate this business a zero, but the system wouldn't allow anything less than one star. read more

Had to return 4 times to have my windows rentented, and they are still not right. The third time I arrived to have the work redone, it was just the driver side front window, and they damaged the door panel on my brand new 2016 Jetta in the process. The employees said that they would have the owner contact me about this, but I have yet to hear a response, and it's going on three months now. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Had my car waxed by Exotic Car Services for $75. I was happy for a couple of weeks until my hood and front of the car started to show spotting (after about two weeks). I didn't think anything about it until I washed the car a couple of weeks later. The spots would not come off, and became raised blisters when wet. I phoned their office and was told to come down at 3:00 and they'd be happy to look at it. I showed at 3:00, but the girl behind the counter was free associating and flirting with a man. I stood there for 5 minutes thinking that at least she would say, "excuse me sir, I'll be right with you." No such luck! The finish on my car is ruined and Exotic Car Services will not get my referral. read more
