If you care about your child do not take them here!!! Please. I took my daughter for a sore throat…read moreand ear pain. The strep test came back negative. The NP or Doctor, whatever she is, noticed fluid in her ear but said VERBATIM it was "not enough to treat". I even pushed back and asked if she was sure. A week later, I take her to her actual primary care physician with a fever, rash, ear and throat pain. Her ears were and throat were filled with puss. Strep turned into scarlet fever and a horrible ear infection. Very lazy and negligent of this provider to not prescribe an antibiotic for a sick child with a visible infections.

She never acknowledged me then went to open the drawer i was naturally standing in front of bc i had to place my baby on the scale. Without saying excuse me or asking me to step back she went forth with ignoring me and trying to open the drawer. Had i not asked her to please stop and take a step back she would've hit me with the drawer. I requested someone else, she refused, finally another nurse came, and she stood behind me. I mentioned i was uncomfortable to the doctor who finally said she can oversee the nurse in training. She finally walked away. The entire scenario was unbelievable. I could not believe how rude and aggressive she was with my 10 month old son! I do NOT recommend Miss Rome to my worst enemy! Mind you, I have been to Little Spurs multiple times before, and although they've never been stellar, the waits are short and it's very close to home. I will return but I will be sure to request a different nurse. It's a shame Ms Rome is making the entire practice look bad.

When we first came to Dr. Rubin-Remer, we were navigating one of the most frightening and…read moreemotionally exhausting journeys a family can face -- our daughter's eating disorder. From day one, she met our daughter not just as a patient, but as a person. The compassion and genuine warmth she brings to every appointment has meant the world to our daughter during some of her hardest days. What has impressed us most over these four years is how thorough and coordinated Dr. Rubin-Remer has been in managing such a complex situation. She works closely with our daughter's therapists and dietitian as part of a comprehensive treatment team, making sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction. That level of collaboration and dedication is rare, and it has made an enormous difference in our daughter's progress. Above all, it's her patience that truly stands out. Eating disorder recovery is not a straight line, and Dr. Rubin-Remer has never once made our daughter feel rushed, judged, or like a number. She shows up the same way every single visit -- steady, kind, and deeply invested in our daughter's wellbeing. If your child needs a pediatrician who combines genuine medical expertise with real human compassion, we cannot recommend Dr. Rubin-Remer highly enough. We are so fortunate to have her in our corner.

(limited by character limit) I've been debating on making this review, but I refuse to stay silent…read moreany longer. I went to this place from 6th grade to the day before I turned 18. I have had more bad experiences than good. In this review I will go through the things I had to endure going to this awful place and the one doctor (Dr. Remer) who was at the center of it all. Note: a lot of the other doctors and nurses were very nice and did their job well. This is the context paragraph: I originally started going here to find meds to treat my severe ADHD. Every few months I would have to change meds or dosages because they just didn't work. They never did any real testing to see what meds would work best with me, even though I was told they had tests to do that. I felt like a guinea pig. By the time I was in 11th grade, they sat me down and told me I needed to find a psychiatrist because I had taken all the ADHD meds they had and none of them worked well for me. Now for the real meat of my disappointment for this place, it gets worse the more you read: 1. When I was in 7th grade, I was put on anti-depressants. I noticed after taking them for a while that I wasn't attracted to anyone while all the other girls around me were boy-crazy. I told Dr. Remer about this and instead of telling me that the #1 side effect of anti-depressants across ALL types and brands is a decrease in libido, she looks me in my eyes and says "have you ever considered you might be asexual?" This was to a SEVENTH GRADER. Months later (after doing my own research), I learned the truth and when I told her that it was a common side effect she said "don't believe everything you read on Google," *This is the most common side effect of all anti-depressants.* At the time, I dressed very tomboy-ish because I was extremely self conscious. Every time I came in after that, she would start by saying "so any boyfriends? Any...GIRLFRIENDS?" And she would annunciate that last word every time. I did not care about my sexuality because I had much more important things to worry about in 7th grade. She also did this without my parents in the room. She would quiz me during every visit about whether I'm gay or not, even with the visits being completely unrelated. 2. At one point during my freshman year, I started having skin irritation near my rear (if you catch my drift), so Dr. Remer and an assistant took a look. She said "oh you have a skin tag" and I asked if she could remove it, she said "it's not hurting anything." Actually it was, and it had been. It had caused me many issues, but she brushed it off when I told her that. A few months ago, I was so sick and tired of it that I found a doctor near me to look at it. Turns out it was a massive hemorrhoid that had been causing me a lower quality of life, and she didn't care to take my pain seriously. 3. In my sophomore year of high school, I was prescribed 2 new meds (one for ADHD and the other was an anti-depressant). They caused me to gain 50 POUNDS in 3 months. I was 200 lbs! Dr. Remer refused to tell me about my weight, they all knew my weight was dramatically increasing and said NOTHING. My skin was breaking out with nodular acne, I'm still covered in stretch marks on every part of my body, and I had never hated myself more in my life. After several months, I stopped taking them cold turkey because I couldn't stand the way I looked and felt anymore. I lost those 50 pounds within 6 months by doing absolutely nothing besides not taking those meds specifically, but the mental scars are still there. This was the final straw: 4. Towards the end of my time going here, I requested to be put on birth control. After a few weeks, I started lactating. I IMMEDIATELY went to them to find an explanation. THIS TIME, my mom was finally in the room with me to witness the crap Remer would say to me every visit. After explaining in great detail the issue, she looked me DEAD IN THE FACE and said "tell your boyfriend to stop playing with your nipples so much," and left the room. My mom and I were flabbergasted. I have absolutely no feeling in my nipples, it's genetic. I gain literally nothing from the stuff she accused me of. At no point did she seem to be concerned that I was lactating while also being on my period. I explained this to her and she reiterated that it was my boyfriend and couldn't be the birth control. Once I turned 18 during my senior year, I immediately switched clinics to a more competent one and we learned it was a combination of the birth control and my Tourette's medication. Summary: This clinic and particularly Dr. Remer caused more issues than they solved. My issues were constantly downplayed and my pain was ignored. I recommend finding literally any other clinic. Not all the doctors here were bad, but I unfortunately was subject to Dr. Remer's "treatment" 90% of the time. There were many more things she did, but these are the main ones.

I…read morewas told it is now a variable pricing model, not fixed pricing and the pricing may be higher or lower based on your age. I am trying to find out if I am being quoted based on age alone or if there were other factors. I feel pretty penalized at the moment as I believe the highest price is 400 a month. ;( I will update this review as I learn more and let you decide if this model is worthwhile, considering that it costs an arm and a leg, and will also be doing a VLOG on this style of medicine. It seems that it may be out of reach for most people.

I have been a diamond member, first in Carrollton and now in downtown Dallas, for several years. I…read morehave always felt that the small monthly fee they charge was well justified by a really higher standard of care, easy access to your doctor, etc. Recently however, Dr Durani, my current Diamond physician, showed such huge value in a way that is easy to explain. Here is what happened. I fell and hurt both knees, and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Initially the docs had trouble diagnosing what was wrong, and the internist assigned at the first hospital was weak. I was able to spend time on the phone getting advice from Dr Durani each day, both helping me try to help with the diagnosis, and keeping my spirits up. We found an orthopedic surgeon who made an immediate and correct diagnosis, but he planned to be on vacation, delaying my surgery for 10 days, not a plan I liked. Dr Durani took my cryptic diagnosis and used his own network of physician friends to try to find a surgeon to give me a second opinion. He found me Dr Brigham Au through his friend Dr Ken Estrera. Both of these folks are skilled orthopedic and sports injury surgeons. I explained my situation to Dr Au and he felt the hospital I was at already had wasted too much time, and time to repair was important. He and Dr Estrera went to work starting at 5pm that night, got the surgery scheduled for the following morning at a hospital where they had privileges, got me a surgical room at that hospital and got me transferred there by midnight that night. The surgery was done, and it was very successful. The value that Diamond and Dr Durani provided in getting this to happen for me pays their monthly fees far in advance in my opinion. But Dr Durani has not stopped helping. I am still in the hospital and need advice about rehab facilities. I plan to talk to Dr Durani this afternoon about which facility to pick. Dr Durani is really is a doctor like we used to have, who has time and cares about each patient. I hope to continue in his practice for a long time.
