Dr. Brown is a great doctor. I've known him for many years to be a man of great skill and wonderful character.

I have to say I was initially impressed when I walked into Dr. Brown's office. His equipment seemed to be state of the art, and he was really pleasant to meet with. My experience later was not so positive. First the support staff seemed to move at a snail's pace. They do not mind making you wait while they speak to each other about internal administrative tasks. After my exam was completed I consulted with them about the brand of contacts I needed to order based on my needs & costs. We decided on one particular brand which I ordered. I have different prescriptions in each eye so I ordered a one year supply for each. A week later I came back to pick them up which seems relatively easy as they had them bagged up for me when I got there. Something told me to check the bag when I got to my car. Good thing I did because I had a years supply of the prescription for my left eye only. I walked back into the office immediately. The lady asked me, "You have a different prescription in each eye?" I should have just asked for a refund and walked out, but I thought everyone makes mistakes. So, I had to wait another week & come back again. The most frustrating thing though was I was lied to by the Dr. himself. He advised if I ordered a years supply I would get a $200 rebate. Well, I went to file my rebate today. Guess what, it's only $150 and it is not what I call a rebate. I am supposed to get a $150 gift card. This won't make or break my finances, but it is the principle of the matter. Things were misrepresented, and I was inconvenienced when I did not have to be. Needless to say I won't be back. I wish I had not ordered a full year of the contacts, but decided to do so based on the advise given at the time. read more

Dr. Brown has the greatest equipment and will show you great pics of your eye And explain everything to you. He does a great job of subscribing glasses and contacts. He was great when he was at Walmart but, has even better equipment at his new place. He has taken care of my two children's eyes since they were little!!! He is an exceptional Dr. !! read more
