Told her it's a far drive. Hangs up on me. I call back and ask again. She says with attitude they have it and it's $50. It's supposed to be a $25 item, but she's upselling me double, telling me it's $50 + tax. This NoHo location only pays for the Mr. Smokes name. That's why they're so shady. I went to Glendale Mr. Smokes and found the item I needed for $25 and the service was 10x better. I would rather drive all the way to Mr. Smokes Glendale than deal with the rude service from this fake Mr. Smokes in NoHo. NoHo is upselling anyway too, so the extra money I'm spending on gas is actually cheaper than paying double price lol

She told me when they had the shipment of the flavor I like and was always so helpful when choosing flavors. I went back because it's Xmas time and was getting gifts and my cousins cool mint puff wasn't working, so I called and he exchanged it, easily. I bought 4 (2 lychee ice, lush ice, and cool mint). Before I went in my friend told me to check the authentication of it because of what happened and so I did and the lychee ice was fake but the rest were real. I told him and this man shook his head for way too long and was like "they all real" like ok... he doesn't even bother checking or being even caring about it. I mean I don't care about how rude he was but what bothers me is the lack of care he had for when I told him. PLUS, it wasn't even opened so it's not like I couldn't swap it, he didn't offer a swap or anything. Probs won't come back here.
