Called to see if they have something in stock and the lady on the phone says aggressively "idk come to the store and see." I stayed respectful even though she was giving me attitude. Told her it's a far drive. Hangs up on me. I call back and ask again. She says with attitude they have it and it's $50. It's supposed to be a $25 item, but she's upselling me double, telling me it's $50 + tax. This NoHo location only pays for the Mr. Smokes name. That's why they're so shady. I went to Glendale Mr. Smokes and found the item I needed for $25 and the service was 10x better. I would rather drive all the way to Mr. Smokes Glendale than deal with the rude service from this fake Mr. Smokes in NoHo. NoHo is upselling anyway too, so the extra money I'm spending on gas is actually cheaper than paying double price lol read more

Don't shop! Bought two 510 battery's Sunday. Battery says it's shorting. Called to try and replace some unprofessional associate says no you broke it. Don't waste your time or money on these scammers. Waste of time went Sunday guy says $20 cool I'll take two batteries can I pick the color. The guy then goes nevermind $25 I still take them. Ok where to start...I know, let's start with $43 for a 4pk of mango Juul brand pods! On top of that, they sold me an off brand mango pod which was really old, and definitely faulty Pack. You can tell by how it tasted after each hit. Almost made me gag every time. I used 1 pod from the 4 pack of the off brand and went back to the store to see if they can do something about it. I was told they're not able to exchange or give store credit for the item since it was opened...Ok so I'm just supposed to assume that it's a bad pack just by staring at it. Ok that's fine no refund no exchange. But get this, he didn't even give me any discount on the Juul brand mango I bought when I went back . So technically I spent $64 on a normal Juul pod pack and they expected me to be fine with that. Definitely never coming back until this location learns some customer service. read more

Awesome selection of water pipes! . Everything was nice, nothing cheap except the prices. Only downside is they won't really do cash discounts even if you're spending a couple hundred. FUCKING RIP OFF. DO NOT GO HERE. I came to buy the Pax 2 which I was so excited to get, and is $149 from the brand online. They tried to sell me the Pax 2 (which is not even the newest one) for $300 and said it was 30%off. Are you serious? The newest generation is $199. Then the guy behind the register said he bought them a long time ago and I would be able to talk to management unless I "emailed the owner," so the stock is really old anyway because they're selling the discontinued colors. They say they're open until midnight but when I showed up at 5:30pm on a week day, they had a closed sign out front with three men standing outside of the door watching they're BMW get fixed up. So I had purchased a juul device starter kit and lost my receipt but the manager named mike hooked me up. First of all, I didn't want to get stuck with two juuls because my other one I thought I had lost it but I had misplaced it.
