Terry and Amanda are some of the best people I've ever met that will go out of their way to make sure that you feel like you're part of their family and they have gone out of their way and bent over backwards just to help me out! Today I received 10 fillings in a matter of an 1 &1/2 hours. I had no idea I even needed…read more10fillings. I was told I needed 2 fillings. Dr Owens joked with me saying I was going to be numb all day. I had so much numbness that I couldn't swallow, my nostrils were numb my left ear was numb and I have so much pain in my jaw. I have a medical condition that is noted in my file and this extreme procedure triggered symptoms which made the difficulty swallowing even worse. I paid cash for a crown previously and received great care,but with my Medicare dental insurance Dr decided to do all 10 filling in one sitting I am in so much pain and discomfort! Be very aware if you go in with Medicare insurance! I need 3 of these fillings filed down and my tongue is cut on the side and I am terrified to go back in!

Dr. Sands was absolutely phenomenal and did a thorough exam on my son and explained everything in terms I could understand while also explaining and setting up a treatment plan that will better suit him. I will definitely be returning for future exams and lenses. Staff was very understanding of why I wanted a second opinion and didn't once question me oddly.
