Then, when I wanted to ask questions, he asked me why I wanted to keep talking!? What kind of doctor does that?? I asked if the professionals knew what causes the condition I have and he said no, and that he doesn't have a magic wand. He said give me two million dollars for research and maybe I can figure it out! He was not joking at all. Very serious. What kind of professional talks to a patient that way?? When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!
