No willingness to work with my plan or even a cash-payment option (which I've done before with chiropractors when I didn't have great insurance), and not the slightest concern of what my condition was. Also, I didn't expect to hear swearing from a practitioner within my first 2 minutes of introducing myself. I feel like that's Baseline Professionalism 101. I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much. Either way, its not really worth it when there's plenty of good chiropractors around here.

The woman at the other desk. Stood up said its ok we will just apply it up coming visits.. as I said something was up. I went to their lobby. And called AETNA. I asked for a resolution specialist! Explained what was going on. Then took the phone to the employee! TAhst had all the answers. She very smoothly spouted out all that answers without a glitch! Like a nursery rhyme. AETNA told the employee well all your npi numbers match and I can't remember what else she gave Baut that still doesn't mean it in in plan. . After the call I asked for EVERYTHING. Back except my 15.00 co- pay. They agreed. And gave me a receipt. NOW other day after the 50.00 change is still pending. BUT the $35.00 has disappeared completely. I. It was mostly talking. I went home still in pain. I went back three days later and he didn't remember me. Additionally, the appointment was 12 minutes from start to finish and he focused on the wrong side of my neck. I was severely confused. I asked for itemized statements. I received one from the prior visit and was asked to pay $30. My deductible was met and I was confused bc my co-insurance was only 10% (the statement showed it was less than $300). My EOB showed $19.94 so I was confused why they were expecting $30. Thankfully I challenged it. The third time I came in the receptionist was rude and demanded I pay a "co-pay" before I had my visit although I have a $0 copay. Mind you, I had no problem paying, I simply wanted to see invoices. I asked her again and she couldn't provide them to me. She said she will email them. A week later I still haven't received them. I cancelled my follow up appointment and won't be returning.

There is no way I was gonna lay down on that thing, and I had to wonder if they don't care about the chair, do they care about the patient in it? I didn't want to find out. Update: Thank you for the response but I am looking for a healthcare provider that provides a comfortable, safe facility conducive to my healing and that includes aesthetically pleasing rooms and enough office staff to make it a welcoming first encounter. Another thing I like is that her waiting area/room is large and airy and you don't feel like sardines squeezed into a small space which can be uncomfortable in this day and age when people are more mindful of catching an illness when in close proximity to others.
